SteamAce currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SteamAce is not liable for delays or losses caused by:

• Carrier inability to deliver
• Refused shipments
• Theft after delivery
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will attempt to reship it after confirming updated information.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Packages
If tracking shows your package is delayed, in transit, or temporarily stalled:
• Please allow up to 15 business days from shipping date
• Carriers may hold packages during peak periods
• If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, contact the carrier first

• Carrier delays
• Packages lost after delivery confirmation
• Missing items due to theft at the delivery location
However, we will assist you in opening a support ticket with the carrier when possible.

If your item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the box, product, and any issues
• We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible
Damage claims must be verified before replacements or refunds are issued.
