By making a purchase on steamace.com, you agree to the terms below.



1. Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).


Processing time includes:

Order verification

Quality checks

Packaging

Forwarding the order to our fulfillment partners


Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


If we experience unusually high volume or delays from suppliers, processing may take longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.



2. Shipping Time


Average delivery time within the United States:

This does not include the 1–3 business day processing time above.

3. Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.


Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to begin displaying movement, especially during busy periods.



4. Shipping Locations


SteamAce currently ships within the United States only.


We do not offer international shipping at this time.



5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues


Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.


SteamAce is not liable for delays or losses caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Carrier inability to deliver

Refused shipments

Theft after delivery


If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will attempt to reship it after confirming updated information.



6. Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Packages


If tracking shows your package is delayed, in transit, or temporarily stalled:

Please allow up to 15 business days from shipping date

Carriers may hold packages during peak periods

If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, contact the carrier first


SteamAce is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Packages lost after delivery confirmation

Missing items due to theft at the delivery location


However, we will assist you in opening a support ticket with the carrier when possible.



7. Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the box, product, and any issues

We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible


Damage claims must be verified before replacements or refunds are issued.



8. Splitting Orders


If a customer orders multiple items, products may ship separately depending on supplier availability. If this occurs, customers will receive multiple tracking numbers.



9. Changes to This Policy


We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.

Changes apply immediately once posted.
