We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all SteamAce Pro™ orders.
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
• Your product arrives damaged or defective
• Your product is not as described
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product stops working properly within 30 days of delivery
To start a return, please contact us at steamaceofficial@gmail.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Photos or video evidence (if applicable)
We typically respond within 24 hours.
Once your replacement or refund is approved, we will provide full instructions for next steps. In most cases, defective items do not need to be returned, but this is determined case-by-case.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for “change of mind” after a product has been used. However, we will always work with you to resolve any issues with product performance or quality.
